The icom Connectivity Suite- M2M SIM allows you an easy management of your M2M SIM cards from INSYS icom. For each of your SIM cards, you are able to:

View and edit the details

Deactivate and activate the card

Change the rate plan

Check the alert messages
-
Check the usage history
-
Check the activities that have been performed
On the overview page of the icom Connectivity Suite - M2M SIM, you will see:

A pie chart showing the number of your SIM cards by state (move the mouse over the chart to see the number).

The total data consumption of all your SIM cards in the last few months (move the mouse over the chart to view the data consumption).

An overview with the data of all your SIM cards

Select a card by clicking on the ICCID/USIM to view the details of the card
-
Device indicates the device name assigned to this card
-
The SIM State indicates the current state of the SIM card
-
Activated: the card is active and ready for use
-
Test ready: the card is ready for connection establishment and permits a traffic of 50 kB; it will be activated automatically if it has assigned a rate plan
-
Deactivated the card has been deactivated and cannot establish a connection; it can be re-activated again
-
Retired the card has been cancelled and will be removed from the SIM portal at the end of the current billing cycle; it cannot be used any more

Session indicates the current connection state of this card (status update may take several minutes)

Active: the card is currently connected to the provider
-
Inactive: the card is currently not connected to the provider
-

A click on the usage MB (data) or SMS opens a popup window with the usage data of this SIM card in the previous months
-
Alerts indicates the number of alerts present for this card
-
Rate plan indicates the rate plan assigned to this card at the moment
-
Phone number indicates the phone number of this card (hidden in default)

Changed indicates the time stamp of the last change
-
All cards means all SIM cards registered to the customer account assigned to this icom Connectivity Suite - M2M SIM account.
The overview page (dashboard) is updated when the page is loaded by the browser, by refreshing the page in the browser (
or Ctrl + F5) or by clicking on the timestamp of the last update () on the right in the All cards field.
The visible columns of the list in the All cards section are defined with a click on 
COLUMNS.
A 
FILTER permits the list to be filtered by searched content.
Changes to the columns and applied filters will be reset the next time the page is loaded.
EXPORT permits to export the visible content of the list to a CSV file (storage in the download directory of the browser) or print it.
