Using the icom Connectivity Suite – VPN is bound to the purchase of VPN licences. The licences can be purchased directly in the icom Connectivity Suite.

In the Order Type step, specify whether you want to renew, add or align licences.

In the Place Order step, specify the details of your order:

Renew licences: this allows you to extend the validity of existing licences of the type Unrestricted whose expiry date is within one year (flexible licences renew automatically until automatic renewal is disabled).
Select whether you want to renew the licences for 1 Year or for 2 Years and click NEXT.
You can only extend all licences together whose validity expires simultaneously at the next point in time. For example, if you have two licences that expire on January 31 and three licences that expire on May 31 of the same year, you can first renew only the first two licences and in a further step the next three. If you align the validity period of all licences before, you can renew all licences together. -
Add licences: this allows you to add additional licences to your account
New licences become valid immediately upon generation.
Specify the number of licences of the different licence types you want to purchase and click NEXT. -
Align licences: this allows you to extend the validity of existing licences of the type Unrestricted so that all your licences expire at the same time; this makes it easier for you to administer licences that were purchased at different times
All licences expiring before the licence with the longest validity period will be extended by the corresponding number of months. Check the details and click NEXT.

Review your order in the Order Summary step and click NEXT.

Enter your data in the Billing Information step and click NEXT.
Please be sure to enter important information such as partner or order number to ensure that your order reaches the correct seller without delay. -
In the Terms and Conditions step, read through the Terms & Conditions of the Licence and the Privacy Statement and check the corresponding checkbox. Depending on the settings for your account, you can either order the licences or purchase them directly. [1].

Order: Your order will be processed by INSYS with a click on ORDER and your newly purchased or renewed licences will appear under licences after 1-3 days.

Purchase: Your purchase is triggered directly with a click on Purchase and your newly purchased or renewed licences immediately appear under licences and can thus be used.

You will receive the licence keys together with the delivery note.
You can register the licences with a click on
