ASCII configuration files

ASCII configurations are a sequence of commands as they could also be entered in the CLI. Each line contains a command that modifies the opened profile.

Syntax and parameters can be taken from a downloaded profile in ASCII format for example. However, there are parameters that are not contained in them. These are user passwords and all keys and certificates where the parameterdownloadablehas been set to0. Refer to the CLI description for further information about the syntax.

Lua scripts permit free programming of an ASCII configuration.

Commands that affect plug-in cards that are not installed will not be taken over to the profile and have no effect.

If the ASCII configuration contains the command administration.profiles.activate, the opened profile will be activated directly upon applying the ASCII configuration.
