  • Connect power supply unit to electrical outlet.

Wait until the center LED (WAN) lights permanently and continue with the next step.

If the upper LED (Power) remains off, check wiring. If the center LED (WAN) remains off or blinks longer (the first login may typically last up to one minute, in exceptional cases longer), check whether the SIM card is inserted correctly and the correct antenna is connected to the correct connector. If this does not help, refer to our Technical Consulting under the phone number +49 941/58692-204 or via e-mail to quickstart@insys-icom.de.

You are now connected to a Dasboard via our remote maintenance service icom Connectivity Suite – VPN that is installed on your router / IoT Gateway locally as part of the icom Data Suite. It provides a comprehensive and easy to configure option for displaying live data such as measuring values or conditions. Watch the Dashboard for a few minutes and heat the sensor for example to observe how values change. The Dashboard also contains some useful links at the end, e.g. for consulting via e-mail or phone.

The Dashboard has an update interval of 5 s by default. When finishing the test / use, please don’t forget to close the respective browser window to avoid an unnecessary waste of the SIM card’s data volume.
